The speed, clarity, and added functionality are all significantly improved—exactly what we hoped for. It’s been a smooth and satisfying upgrade so far, and we’re very pleased with the purchase. We'll update again after a month or two with longer-term impressions.

He went above and beyond! He made sure I saved money, while purchasing the perfect equipment needed. To him it wasn’t about making a quick sale. It was about meeting the customers standards in the store. My standard was exceeded though.
