It came fast and in great packaging! I love it it’s worked amazing I use it all the time for school

As always, Apple product rocks. Set up was easy. I bought this for my dad who is in his 70s and he was able to set up without asking us younger folks. This is perfect for him when he goes travel and around the house.

This is my first IPad and I am very much liking it .The OS is very user friendly.

It’s a no frills iPad, but for a sale price of $279 there are really no complaints. It would be nice for Apple to provide a software update that allowed switched the volume buttons directions when in portrait, but again …that’s software. Hardware works well - it speedy, screen size is good (wish it was laminated) & 128GB is great

Order was ready for pick up very quickly and when I arrived I did not have to wait as they were already walking to my car not even a minute after getting there! iPad came packaged beautifully and works wonderful.

I got this IPad as an Open Box item and was a little skeptical at first, but I was really impressed with the quality and the IPad works great!

I’m happy with my new iPad. It doesn’t have the push button on the edge that was starting to fail on my older iPad, so that’s an improvement. It’s very fast in comparison too.

Like my new iPad. Last one was dropped on the floor and broke the screen in many pieces. My experience at Best Buy was about not to happen. I was in the iPad location for over 20 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence. I had just started to leave and an employee said someone would be with me soon. That person must have been disruptive from something, but did help me with my purchase. He was telling a coworker that his lunch was due and informed me that employee would finish my purchase.

We actually have not opened it yet because it’s a Christmas gift for our son. Nonetheless… I’ve owned many iPads and purchased them through Best Buy so I have the utmost confidence that it will work fantastic… And we will all be happy with it.
