    I recently purchased a new IPad. The salesman & the geek squad were efficient and patient when I couldn't remember my password. I did have to return the next day after I remembered it to complete the setting up of the new Ipad. Once again, they were professional and kind. I would highly rate Best Buy for any purchases.     Great product for the price. Got this Ipad for my daughter to do her summer reading assignments on and it works well with home Wi-fi. Didnt really understand the wi-fi only Ipad at first but as long as it works with my hotspot when my daughter is away, it is fine.
