    I can't give stars or review something I don't know how to use I asked the Geek Squad to help me I don't know how to use it I asked him for just a few more minutes he spent like 9 minutes with me and he couldn't wait to get that $40 I'll never go to Best Buy again unless my guarantee if I ever get to use it is used up

    For some reason the set up on this was so difficult that we had to return it because it wasn’t even booting up. Best Buy did a great job with the customer service but it was frustrating to deal with the issue.
