    Takes way too long to charge, even though the price is right and worth the money. Just takes a minute to charge.

    Haven’t had it long enough . But didn’t have a good experience buying it. Expected that my old iPad would be transferred to my new one. The associate- manager wanted to charge me $40 to do that after I paid full price for my new iPad . I have always had that service free.

    Bring back the Home button

    I miss the Home button and hate using the finger print on the side when there is a cover on the tablet. Makes it almost impossible with long nails. The app switcher usually takes a few tries until the tablet complies.

    the sales people were ok But we got a bad one that didnt work and took it back and the service was terrible not friendly at all mean and moody and took 3 hours till they finally said it was bad we sat there 3 hours service was terrible new one works so far but dont buy from best buy in Bismarck nd

    Terrible experience with Best Buy customer support. Talked with their customer support several times and each time I was promised the issues would be resolved. Each time I called for an update I had to discuss my issue again although they had a complete log of my previous calls. When I went to the Patchogue, NY store their manager provided zero assistance. When I advised the manager of my frustrations he reply was "so what go somewhere else". Fortunately there are other companies to buy the Apple products.

    I liked my old iPad better. My old iPad did mostly the same and less complicated.

    I would have gave it 5 stars because everything was perfect up to a week after the iPad stopped charging so I had to bring it back in. Thankfully everyone was helpful and got it fixed

    I love everything about this iPad except the front face camera … it really sucks and messes up the whole vibe of me wanting this model definitely will be upgrading sooner than I thought

    I recieved it and a month later, it stopped working. Screen wont stay on. I took it to get it fixed and the guy said it would be cheaper to just buy a new ipad.

    Apple user interface is nit very intuitive. I had a difficult time using the ipad when i wasnt within wifi range. It seems most of the function require a wifi connection.

    We purchased this tablet at Best Buy in Flower Mound but it was defective it was freezing when we turned it on. We went back the next day to exchange it. The front manager name Maria couldn't override the exchange and had us wait for an 1 hour as we have to get a password to remove the Apple account. I understand the Apple requirement but the way Maria handle it and said "yeah I am the manager" just to me was rude. The unwillingness to resolve it quickly and even told us to just come back. She needs a training if she's the manager.

    This is an iPad that was designed to basically make you purchase the next one up and Apple does not care about sales but just designed like other lower models to move up to the supposedly good Apple Intelligence, which in my opinion this is OK quality not great for other people who do not know how to use the AI which you know isn’t always something I would normally buy but you know I bought one for my girlfriend. She likes it so that’s what I can say. I do not recommend it though, but if you’re in the need for something in a budget, this is
