    This is an iPad that was designed to basically make you purchase the next one up and Apple does not care about sales but just designed like other lower models to move up to the supposedly good Apple Intelligence, which in my opinion this is OK quality not great for other people who do not know how to use the AI which you know isn’t always something I would normally buy but you know I bought one for my girlfriend. She likes it so that’s what I can say. I do not recommend it though, but if you’re in the need for something in a budget, this is

    Disappointing Best Buy return/exchange/price match

    Low rating is not relative to the ipad itself (I haven't even opened the box yet) but rather to Best Buy's return/exchange/price match policy. I purchased the ipad instore, spoke at length to a very knowledge rep handling the purchase, and understood I could return or exchange it within 30 days. On the 14th day, I saw a lower price on Best Buy website; waded through a ton of instructions leading me to countless 'dead ends' trying to contact the right people/department to request their price match. After many attempts and wasted hours, I finally reached someone by phone on the 16th day after purchase. I spoke with a pleasant rep who could not help me with a price match, or exchange, or return BECAUSE they have a 15 day NOT 30 day return policy! It didn't matter that I had been trying since the 14th day to figure out their website instructions. Very disappointing, time consuming, and confusing non-friendly website instructions.

    I bought my iPad new but had to return it as it would not set-up beyond the first four or five steps, refusing to sync with my iMac Studio. I brought it to the Best Buy help desk. The Geek Squad guys tried their best, but were not able to get it to perform any better. IMHO. likely a glitch in shipping or manufacture. I do most appreciate the efforts of the Geek Squad guys. My purchase was cheerfully refunded. This was probably one of those "one-in-ten-thousand" occurrences. I own a number of Apple products and would consider buying another.

    Great ipad but the battery life isn't great we used to have a older Samsung tablet and the battery would last longer that this one

    The Staff at Houma store is terrible. I bought 2 iPads on October 7 for Christmas gifts. My family changed their mind. Yesterday, October 30, 2025, Keep in mind, less than 30 days of purchase, I tried to return brand new UNOPENED iPads and was told no by store employee, manager, and general manager. GM offered me a store credit. NO WHERE ON MY RECEIPT, ONLINE ORDER OR TIME OF PICKUP I WAS TOLD IT’S a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. I was also to by store employee the manager and General Manager have a discretion. Maybe someone needs to look at the manager and General manager on training employees, especially with the holiday upon us. I have spent plenty of money in this store, but after the encounter I had with this store… I will NEVER spend another penny in Best Buy.

    Do not purchase from Best Buy, it isn’t worth it. These devices are the same prices at other retailers. Best Buy “shipped” my item over a month ago. It was lost in shipping and they still refuse to refund my money. Absolute scam. Their online representatives keep saying that the refund will be processed in X days but nothing ever happens. The worst part, this isn’t the first time that’s happened. Save you a headache and stay away from Best Buy. I have been a Best Buy Rewards member for years but I’m canceling my account after this. It isn’t worth it when other companies are so much easier to deal with. The other times have been smaller items but this time it was my daughter’s Christmas present, which they ruined. I’ll never make that mistake again.

    This was very hard to load. Then when we looked on line to try to get some instructions, it told us it was not new, but refurbished, we did not buy a refurbished, we bought a new and paid for a new. When we tried to get help at the store, the just told us that it was our problem, and they would do nothing to help.

    Best Buy’s Shipping Company Sucks, They Stole My Package, I had to get this item from a physical store after they refused to give me a refund for it. The iPad is good though I recommend this item.

    The iPad works fine but the color isn’t as vibrant as the 10th generation so I exchanged it for a pink one. Wouldn’t recommend if you like vibrant colors it gave off a dull yellow/gold color.

    The delivery woman literally dropped the ipad in front of the entrance of my apparent building !! As she didn’t have the key to enter the building. I was out of the city for an emergency issue, requested her either drop the package in mail room or return to bestbuy, but she said it was not her concern if I was not able to receive it. So she just left the ipad on pedestrian in-front of the building!!!! I will think twice to order again from bestbuy

    I had the worst experience ever best. Buy guaranteed me delivery on 1224 2025 and FedEx. Of course didn't deliver and all of a sudden. Nobody can find the package very poor customer satisfaction will not ever order from best buy again. Grandson's eyes on Christmas morning when he didn't get his president from his Grandpa was the worst feeling I could have had You're done. No more orders from me or anybody I can tell not to order.

    Could not sign in the day after setting it up. Apple couldn't even fix it at their recommendation I took to Best Buy in Dothan. They could not fix either. While the geek squad was working on the iPad I purchased a laptop and other accessories. I was informed by geek squad that the iPad couldn't be fixed and the manager refused to give me a new on in exchange. I promptly returned over 2000 $ of items I had just purchased and went home with an iPad I can use for a plate. Will never return to Best buy!!
