They charged my credit card too. I was supoosed to receive a text or email by Dec 27, but didn't. I didnt get anything for Christmas because of this.

iPad got swapped out for a portable battery

When I finally convinced them to reship the less expensive ones they were not available so I had to pay more for more expensive ones and they did not take care of me
