the ipad was open box..............................

a black line appears on the center of the screen. Best Buy refused to do an exchange because it was 9 days past the return date. However, Best Buy said they would do a return if I paid them $50. Nice to know Best Buy can be bribed to do the right thing.

Product eventually arrived but it was an absolute hassle of a process. Don't have anything delivered from them since the can't afford any other delivery service besides DoorDash and it's a major theft risk having electronics delivered this way

Horrible. Stopped charging within 2 weeks. I contacted customer serice and they stated since it was bought in Nov it currently camt be returned.

I didn’t even get my package. It said it came this day and it did not come and I gave it time but it still did not come.

Bought this as brand new but when I tried to register this at Apple it was already registered to someone else.

The iPad had a cracked button. My mom opened her gift up on Christmas and the side button that’s glass was cracked.

I bought this for my 6-year-old to use mainly for watching videos and playing some games on Roblox. After just 3 weeks of use, the screen went completely blank and it won’t turn on or charge. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning it as soon as possible.

We’ve had it for a few weeks and it’s already broken. The screen protector Best Buy charged us for did not work. Our previous one from Google worked for five years, I wish Best Buy sold them. Tried to get a replacement in store, they said we have to wait for an appointment this weekend. Still waiting.

I did not receive my item however Best Buy has taken my money and also wish not to resolve my issue

I didnt receive my item and bestbuy thought it was right to not refund me or return my item. Awful experience. I will never purchase from them again. I have bought items over the years and have never had an experience like this. Be careful guys.

Package got stolen and Best Buy did nothing to help

I did not purchase this item. A person came into the Kokomo Indiana store and used my phone number without my knowledge, and the employee didnt ask for ID to verify. I am livid that no one stopped the individual and allowed them to use my account to make this purchase.

I tried to wait to revive this item and i’ve waited up to 20+ days and it still haven’t arrived or it’s been stolen

Is this a joke? I still haven't received it. Best Buy has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I’m an iPad user from way back. This model has glitches. Exchanged, then returned the second one.
