No issues even though it’s always a problem with Best Buy the products are never the issue

Its reliable and the battery life is pretty good, I take it to class and am always using it to do my school work and for entertainment, I definitely recommend for the price.

I purchased this for my son who just started college. He uses it for his digital books, recording lectures and taking notes. (paired with a digital pencil) Addtionally some professors recommend he download specific apps for classes which he would not have room for all of them on his phone. He said this has been absolute game changer for him and he is using it way more than he imagined. He said it is super fast and for the the price of 299 I feel my money was well spent. Also, the instore best buy staff was great in helping find what we needed.

Upgraded from iPad 10-inch and wow its amazing what 1 inch difference in size makes... The color is vibrant and loud and beautiful and as a Steelers fan it works! Landscape camera makes Group FaceTime calls way better.
