Exactly what you would expect from Apple - good open box experience and an easy to follow start up/set up process. We already had an existing iPad two iPhones so that also made the set up easier since our apple IDs were able to transfer over. Ordering through Best Buy online was slick too - we added it to our interest free credit card and it was delivered right to our door!

I traded my ipad mini for this A16. What a difference!!! I like the size and clarity of this new one. I should have traded long ago.

I was on vacation over the Holidays when my 8-1/2 year old IPAD decided it was old and tired and just quit! I was lost without it, believe me. As soon as I returned home, I drove to Best Buy for a new one. However, I had to learn how to use the new one. No buttons, just swipe. It took a few days, but I'm used to my new one now and love it! Thank you so much Best Buy for all your help.

Bought as a gift for my Husband, and I notice that He enjoyed it deeply, super easy to use and handle, the image displays are super clear, he adjust the size of the letters and watch tons of movies there
