    I bought one and it was defected came back to the store and they swapped it out for me took about 20 minutes to have anything done great service by best buy

    The key board is good size and EASY to use. The screen's clarity is excellent and vibrant and EASY to read, It is a step up from the iphone which can sometimes be difficult to read without making edits for viewing. Overall, it is QUALITY product at an AFFORDABLE price.
