    When I first bought the iPad took it home the volume button was messed up . I went back to the Best Buy and they were so polite and understanding to my customer concern and removed messed up iPad with a new one that has no problems. Thank you Best Buy for helping me out ,will buy from you guys again and again . Such good workers who truly care for customers.
