    The worker by the name of David G provided outstanding help with this product and my gaming computer for my son. He went above and beyond!     Upgrade to this iPad was a great idea; my 6th gen iPad is good but this 11th gen iPad makes it seem real old and slow. Nice resolution, good sound, not too good screen, tapping on it with the Apple Pencil the screen sounds hollow. Other than that it is a very good purchase.
