    An upgrade had to be installed because the processer would not load data from my prior ipad. I had to return the first purchase and replacement was ordered. After Customer Service at Best Buy set it up my experience was very good. The one thing that stopped working after about a week, was the touch function on the upper right side of ipad.

    Screen looks great! Very responsive. Loading apps from phone/app store was automatic. I'm so glad I switched over from my old tablet.
