    Extremely Poor Customer Service – Felt Like a Criminal I recently visited Best Buy to return a brand new iPad that had a noticeable dead pixel on the screen. From the moment I approached the customer service desk, I was treated with suspicion and hostility. Three employees confronted me, and instead of helping or showing any concern about the issue, they interrogated me as if I were doing something wrong. I pointed out the screen defect, but none of them even looked at the device. They just kept repeating “Where?” with stern faces, making me feel more like a criminal than a customer. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have when seeking help with a legitimate product issue. The employees clearly lacked proper training in both product evaluation and basic customer service. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing. Best Buy seriously needs to improve its staff training and remind employees that they are there to assist—not accuse—customers.

    the sales people were ok But we got a bad one that didnt work and took it back and the service was terrible not friendly at all mean and moody and took 3 hours till they finally said it was bad we sat there 3 hours service was terrible new one works so far but dont buy from best buy in Bismarck nd

    Nice iPad for the price only issues is I barely dropped it maybe 6 inches and the screen cracked so I’d recommend a case and screen protector at time of purchase

    Purchasing this iPad was easy and straight forward. Only issue was the charging port failed and geek squad was unable to confirm the serial number due to the iPad not being able to turn on. I was told that my apple care through my Best Buy membership would not apply for this reason. I understand the situation but it really does kinda suck because now I have to go the Apple in order to correct this faulty charging port. Other than that it was a great purchasing experience.

    I have struggled with this Ipad to play games. Every time I try to download one I like, it says sync failed.
