This is an iPad that was designed to basically make you purchase the next one up and Apple does not care about sales but just designed like other lower models to move up to the supposedly good Apple Intelligence, which in my opinion this is OK quality not great for other people who do not know how to use the AI which you know isn’t always something I would normally buy but you know I bought one for my girlfriend. Haven’t had it long enough . But didn’t have a good experience buying it. Expected that my old iPad would be transferred to my new one. The associate- manager wanted to charge me $40 to do that after I paid full price for my new iPad . I have always had that service free.

Good for the price Really worth it for a first iPad

iPad is great BUT Best Buy charged me twice for the SINGULAR item i bought and got an attitude with me and said there’s really nothing they can do. When the girl went to refund me for the extra charge that came out of my account ( same exact price as the iPad ) she tried to keep the iPad i bought and i had to fight her on that saying she wasn’t keeping the iPad and i just need my money back for the second charge. do NOT buy off of Best Buys website!!

Why is the battery dying so fast, it like when I young it dies

Let me start by saying this product is great and is exactly how you’d expect from Apple’s quality. HOWEVER - BUYER BEWARE- Bestbuy has a severe problem with these getting stolen out of the boxes before they’re shipped to your home. They blame FedEx, FedEx blames them and you’re screwed out of it and not reimbursed!! ALWAYS ship these to the store and pick them up. Bestbuy should be ashamed of their handling of this because all of their employees are aware of the issue and nothing is solved.

I guess I am at an age where anything new is difficult, but since this was a replacement I thought I could just sit down and it would work! I was very mistaken! I am still unable to actually work this product! I will have to have someone come in and walk me through the operation of this ipad!
