I got this as a replacement for my wife's old iPad. Her old one was having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. It arrived on time and was well packaged. She is very happy with its performance. The only problem we had was we didn't know how to set it up and transfer her data from her old iPad. We didn't know how to initially connect to our Wi-Fi. FINALLY, we called Apple and received instructions from a very patient lady who walked us through the initial set up procedure. Working great.

If you are looking for a tablet just for academic purpose, this is literally the best one. For people with more high end jobs might need ipad air or pro but with a tradeoff between price and performance this is the best.

This iPad performs well for daily activities such as web browsing, email, watching videos, etc. Very responsive. Great clarity on the screen. The only downside is that this iPad does not have facial recognition to unlock. Apparently you have to get the more expensive model for that. It does have fingerprint touch control to log in however so that's better than having to type in your password each time.

This was a good product for a great price. So happy ding this one with more room
