It came in excellent condition, no blemishes, and is a big upgrade over my previous older iPad.

It is a nice upgrade over her older iPad, and quite a few more options now that iOS 26 is available. The display is nice and responsive. It does everything she needs it to do.

The Best Buy Experience

The store was packed, but I was helped quickly and professionally. They did a really good job. They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...
