It is very difficult to do and teach this to elderly people. This is why I knocked off one star. I know, it has nothing to do with the hardware, but it is the OS version that comes with it. It also feels much heavier than the old Air 2 It is good for the discounted price of $299

However I bought this for my son and I now know just what I was missing out on! I want to buy myself one now!
