Service at the Elgin store was excellent. The sales person answered a few questions without issue and had the item I selected in stock. All in all, fast service, competitive price, stock item.

When he got it out there was a small pixel area that wasn't working. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Best Buy replaced the item quickly with no fuss.

The sound quality is great. We had no problem pairing with other items the free protection and application that came with it from Best Buy were also a steel.
