I did have a little trouble getting this item, ive been using progressive leasing for 5 years and never had any trouble having to show my ID and that day i had trouble cause they wanted to change stuff up and wanted me to show my ID

Returning. Bought to gift. These people put an adhesive label directly on the apple box. They also write some sort of code on the apple box on one end huge numbers. To top it off they mail it in a box 3 times it's size with little packing material so the edge of the box is damaged.

I am not new to Apple - having used it in its early years in the 80s and 90s. But haven't really used any of the newer gadgets like iPad.
