Good price for a basic IPad, great for kids and YouTube

I did no t keep this item. I returned the day after i purchased it.

The package was thrown onto my porch and left out in freezing cold temperatures until I got home after a 12 hr shift

Apple iPad used for taking notes in college. Nothing fancy

Got the Ipad on a great deal. Works well for the family.

Its a nice ipad, it did came broken, doesnt really charge and it turns off randomly

Don’t really like the placement of the on/off/Touch ID button.

It was a very good experience shopping at Best Buy. Customer service was wonderful.

It nice but the volume sometimes just goes down on its own .

So it does the job. It has some minor glitches like when it turns off or it's been restarted the apple starts upside-down every time.. the volume buttons are kinda of backwards lol. Volume up actually goes down so yeah..

Ok, hard to install office program .hard to set up print cabpability

We got the iPad and it wouldn’t get past the introduction. It kept restarting. I called apple and was on the phone for two hours trying to figure out the issue. It was eventually resolved. The iPad works but the software is glitchy at times. Not loving the new product. No fault of Best Buy though.

Decided last minute to save an additional $15 by buying their “Open Box - Excellent Condition” online offer since it stated “No Dents or Scratches verified by Geek Squad and Includes all Parts and Accessories” just not in original packaging. Mine arrived in a thin cardboard sleeve containing only the IPad. No Apple USB-C Power Adapter; No Apple USB-C Charger Cable; No Essential Documentation. Talked to Best Buy Avon OH store customer service where purchased. Told not to expect much when buying open boxed the “Product varies”. They DO NOT stand by their purchasing descriptions Excellent “Undamaged All Accessories Include”, Good “Maybe Slightly Damaged Accessories Maybe Included” or Fair “Damaged Accessories Not Included”. Solution by Store: Return IPad Reset to factory settings. WOW! Go through the process of changing over to new a IPad then undo over a charging cable. Will never purchase from Best Buy again. FYI - Recently had to buy a new Iphone. Did not even consider Best Buy.,

This was easy to set up. Just had to have my phone near by

Was difficult to complete set up and data transfer with finger print set up. Had to bring it in to see Geek Squad. Do not like the keyboard with this Ipad. Our old one was far superior.
