The folks at Best Buy NW Omaha store were very patient with me as I had login issues with apple. Madison in particular was very patient and got me thru the trade in process. The cover for my iPad is great as well. Very secure and durable but light

He needed a more current tablet and it was so easy to move everything over. Now no more cracked screen and more current with tech.

My Granddaughter's Story

She has been extatic about the iPad. It has "saved her life" with class work and research. Ease of use, light weight to carry with her and fast speed all counted. Who better to review an iPad?

Go For It

Went from and older iPad Air to this due to memory limits. This tablet functions as well, if not better that the older Air. The only issue is that when getting a case, make sure you get for A16 as it is literally 2mm bigger than other iPads and requires a slightly larger case. Its a good tablet for the cost.
