iPad 11 A16 - love It!

I decided to go with a lap top which actually was less expensive. Mistake. I took it back after it malfunctioned, and exchanged for the iPad 11 A16.

Do think that if the item is purchased in your store and the first time taking the product to the Geek squad should be free. Paying to get help to transfer or set up the product should not cost the customer.
