I bought an open box. Even though I purchased this item as an open box new on November 24, Apple showed this item as 90 days old so not entitled to support. I was disappointed that Either best But should have sold this item as used or else made certain this item be cleared with Apple as new.

Good ipad ,too bad that doesn't have the 3.5 headphone jack.

I got this iPad about two weeks ago. I noticed the power button is wobbly and I was not sure if it’s defect so I went back to Best Buy and they told me it was one day late for the exchange or return and there’s nothing they can do. So I had to go to Apple Store to get it checked out. Apple Store was being very helpful and tested it and gave me a replacement. That was an obvious comparison of good and bad customer service and support.

I’m very pleased with the Apple 11-inch iPad in Blue. I bought it for my kid to use for studying and entertainment, and it has been a great choice. It runs smoothly, handles apps and games easily, and the battery lasts long enough for daily use. The blue color looks really nice and feels modern, and the storage is more than enough for schoolwork and downloads.

Don’t care to much about where you have to open the screen.

Great up grade from my current iPad. Great price for the newest iPad.

The Apple Ipad is fine. But Best Buy refused to honor the trade-in since it was engraved on the back, in spite of an almost new condition.

The iPad will be great. What is unfortunate is that Best Buy dropped the price within 10 days and I did not notice until the 15 day return and price match expired. In todays CX focused world it is completely crazy to have only 15 day exchange policy

it was a Birthday present and you need to ask my granddaughter for her opinion

This iPad , in particular didn’t work as I expected the battery supposed to last , but get wasted really fast not happy with my purchase I will try it to replace it. Is the first time that it happens to me

Hate the iPads now that they don’t have the button at the bottom of the screen.

iPad was supposed to have engraving on it, but did not happen. Otherwise is great!

This is my 3rd iPad. The battery life is awful. I need to charge it daily. My gen 9 iPad only required charging every other day.

Unable to give a review, still waiting for it to arrive. The say it shipped on 12/26 but then it was delayed. And has been delayed since then, with no word from Best Buy. They charged my credit card for the IPad but still waiting.

The sound is bad and not much volume. Got no help

I like it but why don’t you have the case to go with it.
