I needed a light, portable laptop or tablet that was reasonably priced but very functional. I bought an Apple iPad with a Logi keyboard and an Apple Pencil. It works great. The staff at Bestbuy were extremely helpful and friendly.

great tablet very fast and plenty of space save yourself of dealing with storage issues with the 252gb we have had this over a year and have not gone over a 100gb. My work ipad is a 64gb and i have to delete apps just to update everytime.

We bought 2 11 inch IPad A16s as replacements for a pair of very old IPad Minis. The process of transferring our accounts and data from the old Minis was very smooth, and much easier than expected. The IPad A16s are very fast, and the displays are great! Great battery performnce too! We recommend them.

Buying the Apple 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip was one of the best decisions this year! It’s a huge upgrade—super fast, incredibly smooth, and the screen is crystal clear right out of the box.

Item arrived in original packing with all items originally included intact. The box looked brand new and the Ipad works and looks like new. This was a fantastic purchase as a gift for a grandchild and saves money on an expensive item that you're not sure how well the child is going to care for it. I cant say enough about what an amazing deal this open box item is! It allowed me to purchase an expensive item for partial cost. I will 100% buy open box again from Best Buy. Transaction has built a life long customer and a trust relationship as a consumer.

Great size and fits my needs as a student. It truly is like a little computer, so I really only take out my laptop when I need to write a paper or complete a more complex assignment.

Nice and compact to handle and the Start up was very easy. The clerk at the store was very helpful in explaining the various models and the advantageous of each model. The iPad has easy start up and battery life is very good. The screen brightness is very good, and the whole iPad works great.

I needed an upgrade and Best Buy did not disappoint! This yellow is so nice and the 256MB is plenty of storage for games, photos, books and more.

Love it so far, the finger print access is very interesting too. Wish there had been more color options I liked but the blue is still pretty. Went with a bigger storage since I know my last iPad ran out.
