Works as it should very easy to use. As with all the iOS products durability is hit and miss. Last one had bad charging port after a few years would be as much to repair as it was to buy a new one almost. That’s if the battery wasn’t bad too which would be more than a new one.

I had to replace my existing IPad for this one. My other one was more expensive, yet I see no difference. Navigating the Best Buy website was easy. Picking it up at the location was super easy. I recommend this IPad for anyone that does day to day social media, bill paying, web searches and an occasional game. It takes beautiful pictures too. I am completely happy with my purchase.

The product itself works flawlessly, the rating is more concerning the pickup of said product. This product was purchased through my best buy rewards login, and when I arrived at the store to pick up the product, I was told that since my name was not on the pickup, that the staff member would need to clear it through management. This is even though I had the QR code and the product and payment descriptions in MY BEST BUY ACCOUNT! It was eventually given to me, however, the team member "helping" me pretty rudely stated, "In the future, be sure that you put your name as the pickup person." I am not sure if I will continue using Best Buy for my electronics because of that interaction.

We went to BestBuy to purchase an iPad and printer. Haven’t had an iPad in years, so we needed help in deciding. Thankfully, a friendly young man named Danny asked if he could help us. He immediately put us at ease by being patient and kind while answering all of our questions. We told him what features we wanted on the iPad and printer and he took good care of us. He was funny too! When we need something else we’ll go back to Best Buy and ask for Danny.
