excellent battery life and display. the ipad feels fast, smooth and i expect it to last a solid couple years.

My son has a disability that makes it difficult to safely carry more than a few pounds at a time. The 11 inch is beautiful and sleek. The screen is bright and it is light enough to be carried around easily for him. He says it is the perfect work space for him when he is on the go.

I have an early model iPad and was unsure how much better this new model could be. I find it exceeding everything I imagined The battery life is great, more than 10 hours gaming I have already dropped it once- no damage I have pit on a screen protector and a case- not for the iPad but for clumsy me. I would recommend this iPad for anyone - I am a long time fan on Android phones nut again would recommend yhis iPad for anyone

This is my first iPad. I mainly purchased it so I can watch movies and shows while I’m on a plane. I’ve also put an NES and SNES emulator on it and played around with that which was pretty cool. It does everything I need it to do. I like it so far.

For the most part I like this iPad, although I’ve had a few issues with it freezing and needing to be restarted. Also, for some strange reason, it sometimes will not work with one of our WiFi networks, although my iPhone has no problem. The battery life is great, though.

I bought this iPad a few days before Christmas for myself, having owned a previous iPad that was eight years old, but in excellent condition, but I knew in the future that software would be limited towards it. This iPad is beautiful and runs just as nice as the iPad Pro that I previously owned for half the price. Also, Best Buy discounted it another $100. off instead of what you would pay through the Apple store. Highly recommend!

Weird timing of the article aside, the iPad 11 is such a fantastic device. The article really hits the nail on the head, and if anyone is on the fence about this ipad, the only knock I can give against it is that the new liquid glass interface really benefits from 120hz displays (to sell the effects better) that the base model iPad doesn't have. Other than that, it's a fantastic device and a great price.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. The display is good, and color is very vibrate.

I was skeptical about purchasing an opened box item but being on a FIXED income, went ahead and was so so pleased with the perfect condition of the iPad. The performance and super simple operation for someone like myself with a list of mild and more severe disabilities, including the initial setup, something that usually gives me so much anxiety, was seamless. The one small problem I ran into was not with the product, but with the online puchase itself, on the Best Buy website.... I was left confused as to whether the payment had gone through or not, and was worried as I could not find an order #, and yet it seemed to me that the notification showed pymt was recvd. I made a call to the local store the next day, Saturday and was assisted by very kind and patient young man, who found my account and the order/item I attempted to place/purchase, and he completed it, gave me his personal promise, which restored my complete trust and sure enough I recvd the iPad and was and continue to be thrilled with the experience and item. Thank you Best Buy!!!

My daught absolutely loves her iPad. She pretty much lives on it. I would like to thank Everyone who helped me with this. I hate i don't remember the representatives name, but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I picked it up that morning he was a young tall black guy. He was pleasant and helpful. He was the cashier the morning of my pickup. The Ipad functions so well. THANK YOU BEST BIY

The iPad itself was great.Geek squad was wonderful. Customer service very lacking. I asked for the newest iPad at 256gig. I passed on cover since none available in store. So they knew what I wanted. They brought a 128gig model Luckily I caught at register. So they brought a 256g. I had to come back since Geek squad was down people and not taking walk ins for data transfer. Then 2 days later I noticed they had sold me the gen 10 version. Not the gen 11, I had asked for. So back to the store. Got the 11th gen 256 gig, and they tried to make me come back for another appt With Geek Squad. I asked for a manager and managed to get the data transfer immediately. Never said sorry, or offered any compensation for multiple errors and 3 trips. Product great, watch out for their service. Gave 5 stars only due to product and Geek squad. Rest of people can’t even find their inventory.

The iPad is quite good; it arrived in good condition, has good memory and a good processor. I recommend it 100%.
