    The volume buttons reverse when put in landscape mode. There is no way to change this on this particular ipad model. So they are opposite of my other ipad and difficult to keep track of when going from one to the other. it is very frustrating.

    Quick and easy, service was great and helpful. I hadn't been to Best Buy in a couple of years,very nice. This is a gift for my wife , to replace the old one we got at Best Buy, yrars ago. She loves it.
