    The Apple Ipad is fine. But Best Buy refused to honor the trade-in since it was engraved on the back, in spite of an almost new condition.

    I bought an open box. Even though I purchased this item as an open box new on November 24, Apple showed this item as 90 days old so not entitled to support. I was disappointed that Either best But should have sold this item as used or else made certain this item be cleared with Apple as new.

    I’m very pleased with the Apple 11-inch iPad in Blue. I bought it for my kid to use for studying and entertainment, and it has been a great choice.     The iPad will be great. What is unfortunate is that Best Buy dropped the price within 10 days and I did not notice until the 15 day return and price match expired. In todays CX focused world it is completely crazy to have only 15 day exchange policy

    This is my 3rd iPad. The battery life is awful. I need to charge it daily. My gen 9 iPad only required charging every other day.
