    we really like our computer, but disappointed when we came back to get a cover for it and no-one would help us or 2 other people wanting covers too, so the one we picked found out was wrong and we took it back and we won't be back for awhile cause we can order online!

    Well the first I pad I bought was a complete dude. Took it back to store, and CS that helped me was extremely helpful and got me a new I pad within just a few minutes.

    I had gotten an iPad from them and didn't realize that it wasnt wireless capable and it was past the return date policy and they were able to work w/ me and was able to return the it.

    It’s an iPad. It is what you expect overpriced, limited in it capabilities, but as long as you stay inside apples walled garden it works well.

    I am NOT happy that the home key has been removed. This is my fourth I-pad, and I definitely find the 10th generation very disappointing compared to my 9th generation which I love. This one is annoying to operate, and swiping does NOT work as easily as they imply. Wish I had not bought it! So far have not been able to activate the virtual home key despite following their directions. Faster doesn’t mean much when function is compromised!

    We purchased this iPad as a replacement for my wife’s 4yearnold iPad that the battery was going out on. Like all the other iPads we’ve had over the years we love it. Just can’t go wrong with the iPad.
