A great product!! Purchased multiple!! Would highly recommend.

I bought the new iPad when my old one stopped working. I'm not fond of the features of the new version. There is no button on the face of the iPad to exit an app (you swipe up to get out of the app in use), It feels like some changes were made just for the sake of being different, not to improve performance.

Great tablet so far Has a good M chip in it. Does what it needs to do.

initial ipad was unable to transfer data from old ipad so had to trade in the ipad for another one same model but had to come back again to get it set up waste of time but luckily second ipad was able to transfer all data and am not happy with changes or so called updates as for rating the ipad goes its too early to do that

Great quality and very durable, use for video recording for Wrestling matches and taking stats.

Apple is always good, this is the first time I have bought from Best Buy online. Very easy to navigate and even easier with check out and pick up. Will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Great product, just what I needed. The associate was wonderful to work with and made the process easy. My recommendation is always get more memory and Best Buy’s protection plan is on point with this product.

Great iPad. Have had a few before. This one is fast! Only complaint is that the icloud back up did not ever complete.
