It's okay. Not bad not good. Just the normal ipad experience.

This tablet seems to preform ok for typical use of surfing the internet but when trying to use the hotspot for connecting my laptop to the internet it is terrible. My old 2015 iPad out preforms this one. Not happy with this and wanting a full refund. I will get a model that’s a few yrs older for better over all performance.

I purchased an open box excellent condition Ipad. The website stated it would be new just repackage. This Ipad arrived wih a scratched screen, not the original charging cable and clearly used. This device should have been sold as refurbished. I called customer service and they were not helpful. Stating, it was Geek Squad approved. Maybe they should reevaluate the Geek Squad..

Customer service rep told me that my refund would be arriving within 3-5 business days & that I’d get a confirmation email within 24 hours. Neither arrived & I’ve called multiple times about this issue & still have received no refund, confirmation or any help in general well after 10 days from reporting the package missing.

I bought this iPad and had to take it to the Apple Store no sooner than I got it because Bluetooth didn’t work on it. So they ran diagnostics on it and the Bluetooth was dinged as not working. Had to pay to get them to ship it off and send me a new one because that wasn’t something they could fix in house.

I came into the Best Buy store in North Little Rock Arkansas. I ordered the iPad 11 and they didn't have it in the store and they said that it would be delivered to the store and that I had to come and pick it up. So I paid for it and I waited 21 days for this iPad and it never came in and Best Buy canceled my order. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to pick something in order to submit this review.

Delivered an empty box to my house and never issued a refund!

This has been a great purchase for myself and for my college aged daughter. We are both able to use this with ease and carry with us as needed. Its ideal for a mom and student on the go.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. Please note that the original purchase did not include WI-FI, therefore I returned it and made this purchase. It is perfect for what I intend it for. And as a side note, the technical assistance from the Geek Squad was awesome! Yes, I pay for this service, but you cannot buy respect, understanding, patience and timeliness - all of which were demonstrated by the technician and sales staff.

The six year old IPad was fine till it wasn’t, battery failed and you can’t just replace battery so had to purchase new one. Best Buy had best price I could find and it was delivered two days later. Transfer of data was easy to accomplish at home. The Geek Squad member was helpful in choosing the new iPad.

Item is what was expected. On time as order explained. Ease of setup.

Loving to new ipad. The A16 chipset works quite well wuick and keeps it flowing day in and out!!

Nice. A tad smaller than what I'd expected, but still amazing nonetheless.
