I don’t know what it is, but this iPad is not as good as my old one,which was a 32gb regular iPad. Just not as good too me. Very dissatisfied

Excellent item, unfortunately, I had to return it for a full refund. The salesperson failed to give me the proper (cellular) version. Even after I explained my personal needs with him.

Returned due to overheating and poor battery life of 4 to 5 hours max. Even went to apple store to get it checked, and they recommended to return it after they formatted the device and ran their diagnostics.

My credit card was stolen and used to buy this. Please ask your stores to check ID on pickup items, on all credit cards

I haven’t received my iPad and was never given a return. I will never do this again.

I recently upgraded from the iPad Mini 6 to the iPad Air, and I’m so glad I did! I mainly wanted a bigger screen, and it’s made a huge difference. I use the Freeform app a lot, and having more space to work with makes it so much easier to navigate. Reading and watching videos are way more enjoyable too—everything just feels more immersive. Despite the bigger size, it’s still super lightweight and easy to carry around. Overall, I’m really happy with the upgrade. If you’re thinking about switching to a larger iPad, I’d definitely recommend the iPad Air! Best Buy had the best price with trade-in so please check their trade-in program before you buy elsewhere.

The iPad is not charging. I will not buy any more apple items from Best buy. Customer service was no help. Over $600 and I'm stuck.

This is my first ipad and i'm in love. It's huge, only 2 inches smaller than my 13" macbook. The purple color does look silver in certain lighting. It's pretty, sleek, and lighter than my phone.

Excellent tablet, great price point, beautiful screen, great centered landscape camera now, 128GB base model, M2 processor, and iPadOS. What else could you want? Better get this one and be future proofed for the next 7-8 years than to get the cheapest iPad and not get updates in just a couple years.

I love it. It's a good size for drawing. It works well. It works seamlessly with my other Apple devices. I am very happy with it.

I have really enjoyed this iPad so far. It is my first one, so I do not have anything to compare it to. However, it is very fast and sleek and I like it a lot. I bought mine open box, and that was definitely worth it.

i was debating should i waste $1000 for a iPad Pro that i will use for basic needs or save couple hundred dollars to get iPad Air that does 90% every as the Pro models. I chose Space Grey 11 inch Air and i made the right choice! i would recommend magic keyboard is a game changer!

I bought this iPad as an open box version. It was marked as excellent condition, which is checked by the Geek Squad, and they told no lies! It looked brand new! There were no scratches or marks on the device, it was reset to factory settings and ready for me to make it my own. The charging cable looked like it had been used a little but I will be buying a new one of those anyway because the ones that come with any Apple devices are way too short so that doesn't matter! Highly recommend going through Best Buy for open box items because they are vetted by the Geek Squad.
