The Ocala location handled my pre order like a champ! Had it ready as soon as the store opened up on release along with my keyboard and screen protector that they went as far as applying for me because i am terrible at it! In and out in 10 minutes or less, what a great experience!

My iPad came on time and was very easy to transfer from old to new. I had messed up when getting my Mail app but a trip to the Geek Squad and it was all fixed.

Everything went super sommothly. Ma order wasready for pick up in less than 15 min from placing my order. I also used a payment plan with 0% interest which was super helpful. Easy to use ,fast and practicle but the inconvenience is that the product doesn’t support some apps.

I don't take advantage of the capabilities of this device properly, but it sure plays Youtube very well! The only downside is that with the M2 chip, I had expected the battery life would be a lot better. I have to charge this more often than my MacBook, somehow.

I was thinking so long to get one of this iPad and now that I have i just love it, i can organize better mi calendars and save paper work. Love how flexible it is.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy a Chromebook or an iPad. The young man working that day spent time with me explaining the differences in the 2. He was very patient in answering my hundreds of questions. He went out of his way to demonstrate the 2. I left feeling like I had exactly what I needed.
