The iPad overall is very nice and the package came very fast

Battery life drains too quickly. It only lasted for about 5 hrs from watching videos or online gaming.

The shipping was a little slow but the iPad itself is not working correctly either. The screen is glitching on and out, the colors are messed up and just very disappointing. I was setting up for my child and he’s going to be disappointed Christmas morning.

The iPad air is way too dim to use in a bright room. I also has a grey tinge to the screen.

I bought this item for my daughter who is really good at art and I also purchased apple pencil. Delivery which was suppose to drop that off at my door , or at least gave me a text or call, dropped that off in front of the entrance door, took a pic and ran away( my wife noticed her ) . There was two items one box and one small package. Both of the packages were apple pencils, so instead of Ipad and apple pencil, I received two apple pencils. I contacted customer service which is no help at all, and I returned one of the apple pencils and requested refund( i was also fine with the replacement). After three weeks of calling texting they are not returning my money. Delivery company which Best Buy used is named Roadie. Beware people they robbed me. I am trying to prove my honesty and truth, I ll do my best. I worked my @&$ off to earn money for my kid. I have never been so vulnerable in my life.

I originally am an android user. Having trouble getting used to the slight differences. Not being able to organize the front page is really hard to get used to.

Battery life is the only bad thing about it. Other than that it’s your basic iPad with touch ID

Item poorly packed, damaged, Best Buy was of zero help. Empty promises of a resolution. Managers of no help either. Customer service like it used to be non existent. Customer is not valued.

Salesperson asked me to consider renewing my “Best Buy card” never mentioned it was a citi credit card, appreciate the 10% rebate I guess I will receive at a later date but feel I was mislead into getting another credit card I don’t want or need

I dislike apple products because they are a greedy corporation and android is better. My wife likes this though.

Unhappy about non splitting keyboard. I also miss the home key. Hate sweeping up down bottom.

Battery life con m2 you would think it would be fast enough hmmm but my old mini seemed faster loading web pages waiting to trade in but no trade in value yet will try mini 7 next

This review is for an 11 inch Ipad Air purchased for my wife a few days ago. Best Buy was fast in shipping and i received it in good shape. She loves this Ipad and has for the past several years. It is really fast and really clear with really great features plus it is light and has good battery life. Really good buy.

Best Buy sold me a defective iPad and won’t exchange it for a new one because its past the 14 day window. Be warned… if you shop Black Friday and save your items for Christmas the 14 period is over!! They say the return period is extended for Christmas but that’s a lie. Will never buy anything here again. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thanks for wasting my money!

The product is fine however the cable and adapter doesn’t belong to the iPad and I had to bought them again

I specifically bought this to read comics on and it's fantastic at it. It's lightweight and the great screen + high DPI + form factor is perfect. Pages pop almost better than in physical form. I also use it for managing my home automation dashboard and streaming media, and it's flawless at that. May have been a bit overkill on the specs for what I need it for, but I'm fine with buying more than I need to future-proof it and the display and weight were the driving factors for me, which it delivered on. My only critique is that the placement of the front-facing camera means I look extremely awkward on video calls if I try and hold it in portrait mode, I'm constantly looking off to the side at an angle, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that most people do calls in landscape, and you can't really have it both ways.

Wasn’t what I wanted, salesgirl sold me wrong item & if I took back for exchange would cost me 45.00

Someone stole it before I could even gift it to my amazing granddaughter
