    Good little iPad. I am only doing 4 stars because my previous 12.9" iPad died after only 2-3 years. Too much money to spend for that short amount of reliability.

    Unfortunately it didn't come with charger. I do understand it was open box but they wouldn't send another charger and wanted me to send it back after I entered all my info on it. Oh well. I guess. I've ordered before but will not recommend open box crap. And yes it was included with purchase, just an empty spot under ipad

    iPad doesn’t even turn on anymore. No it was not dropped and yes I have tried all the steps to turn it on.

    Sad disappointment. I have always owned Apple products, they have gotten progressively worse. This was the worst product I have ever purchased.
