This is my first iPad. I've enjoyed using it for daily activities such as email use, reading PDF documents, typing assignments and preparation for lectures. I purchased a separate keyboard from Amazon. It's not an apple keyboard, but it works just the same overall. I am pleased with my purchase. In addition. Best Buy, as always, did a fantastic job preparing the delivery of my order. Everything was in place and ready to go when I came to pick it up, and they always have the best customer service. I continue to shop at Best Buy because of the ease of service, the availability of the items, and the customer service This is not a paid review.I just like giving good feedback when I locate a great find.

Picked this up for my wife to replace her 5 year old iPad. She is in love with it. All of her games run faster, better screen, and is lighter. Happy wife happy life.

Awesome product very slim lignt weight easy to hold long battery life fast charging with usb c super fast for internet browsing and doing simple school work. Bang for the buck!

Purchased this iPad Air as a gift for my wife to replace her older iPad. Screen is bright and resolution is great. M2 chip provides nice performance. However, battery life seems significantly shorter than the previous model. Working with settings to optimize battery performance, but so far no significant boost. Visually the Starlight case is attractive and the unit is slim and sleek. Accessories such as magic keyboard are way too expensive, so finding third party options.

I purchased an iPad Pro 2 years ago as a replacement for my older one. But it was heavier than my older iPad Pro so I kept using my older device. Unfortunately, the last iOS update caused problems with my older iPad Pro and Apple support couldn’t fix it since it “was old technology “. I ended up trading it in for the 2024 iPad Air which is much lighter, even more so than the iPad I traded in. I also got a better deal from Best Buy versus what was offered by the Apple Store. I am very happy with it. The only downside was for some reason, it didn’t pull down all of my apps and settings from my backup in the iCloud.

Love my new IPad. Like the size. Good response time when playing graphic games. I would like to see the battery last a little longer.

Absolutely love my ipad. I got it for school and it comes in handy especially being a music major. I love being able to save money on books and school supply because my ipad has it all. Super happy it came with a charger and a box too.

The Air line up from Apple is where 95% of buyers should be. This has a beautiful screen with a fast processor. Battery life is fantastic but if you play games the battery life will fall easy otherwise you should get multiple days from a charge. The build quality is great but I will always recommend a case and a screen protector to keep your device blemish free. Great portability and fast charging make this a device that was made to be on the go or at the couch. There are a plethora of accessories for Apple products so you can make this iPad your own. I love the new ipad...I had an older one and it finally wasn't charging anymore. This one is uber fast, charges quickly, stays charged a long time.. I love it.

Purchased for autistic toddler to have her communication apps and other things and it's been great. Held up to her throwing it at random times too. The weight and size is perfect for her hands and I don't have to worry about a small screen causing vision damage as an iPhone could. Having it and various educational apps and YouTube videos as well as special needs language apps has enabled her to learn so much faster, she's already reading and saying sentences (like "please wait to be seated" on a restaurant sign) at 3yrs old!

Only because after buying myself one for christmas I received another from my family members and rather have the Pro over the air. However for the 3 weeks I used it, I loved it and was very happy with the performance and ease of compatibility with the rest of my apple products.

Ive had 2 other ipads inckuding the original ipad pro and this one is definitely my favorite. Its literally like a mini laptop and a lot more convenient to carry around. I wish i wouldve gotten the one with the data plan but I'll eventually trade this one in for another one

Performance is awesome! Does everything I needed it for and mores extremely easy to maneuver and navigate. Smooth operating system!
