upgraded from an old 6th gen--so much faster, thinner, lighter weight; the fingerprint on the side is awkward--the old home button was easier (may just take some getting used to)

I have used iPads for a long time since I use them for my work. I sold my iPad mini in order to get this iPad air M2 11 inch 256gb, The iPad itself was very powerful, however, the iPad was sold to me with a touchscreen had a grounding issue. Meaning, if I didn't press with the flat part of my fingers it would not register my touch, this is a problem since I need to use a lot of multi touch gestures. If you were to plug in the iPad or touch the metal side of the iPad with your other hand, the touch would work great. Apparently the grounding issue is common with these air M2 iPads. I attempted to exchange this iPad for a functional one, however they decided that since I had purchased it on sale, and the only one left to get was a different color, I would have to pay an extra $100 for a color I didn't even want. So I returned it, because that is completely unfair to have to pay more money for a color I don't want, because they sold me a faulty device. All in all, if you are able to get this iPad without the screen issue, I think you'll be happy, although I seriously recommend going through apple themselves. That way if anything goes wrong they can directly swap it out for you and you wont have to deal with the poor BestBuy service.

The iPad Air with M2 chip is working great, especially paired up with Apple’s Magic Keyboard. It’s extremely responsive and the perfect size for viewing and taking notes. I would highly recommend!

Works great! Had to order in store and had to have it delivered to the store, so figured it must be popular! My Kindle gave out and I’ve been using my iPad as a replacement and it’s been great! Great for using on the go and for traveling/long plane rides as well!

The Air line up from Apple is where 95% of buyers should be. This has a beautiful screen with a fast processor. Battery life is fantastic but if you play games the battery life will fall easy otherwise you should get multiple days from a charge. The build quality is great but I will always recommend a case and a screen protector to keep your device blemish free. Great portability and fast charging make this a device that was made to be on the go or at the couch. There are a plethora of accessories for Apple products so you can make this iPad your own. Absolutely love my ipad. I got it for school and it comes in handy especially being a music major. I love being able to save money on books and school supply because my ipad has it all. Super happy it came with a charger and a box too.

Only because after buying myself one for christmas I received another from my family members and rather have the Pro over the air. However for the 3 weeks I used it, I loved it and was very happy with the performance and ease of compatibility with the rest of my apple products.

I am happy with my new iPad. I had given my old one to my grandmother. It was an older iPad Pro, and I was looking for a good one. I thought this one was a pretty good deal with the holiday savings and it has been a pretty good replacement for both my old iPad and a MacBook Air that I used to have. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a decent iPad.
