    Purchased this iPad Air as a gift for my wife to replace her older iPad. Screen is bright and resolution is great. M2 chip provides nice performance. However, battery life seems significantly shorter than the previous model. Working with settings to optimize battery performance, but so far no significant boost. Visually the Starlight case is attractive and the unit is slim and sleek. Accessories such as magic keyboard are way too expensive, so finding third party options.

    Gifted this iPad to my wife and it’s perfect. Light, sleek & fast allowing her to use it as a replacement for her notebook, games, coloring and anything she desires.

    This purchase was an upgrade for me and im very happy with it. However, I did purchase this as an open box item that was listed in Excellent condition. When I received it it was put in an evelope package with no padding, and the actual item was filthy. Finger prints all over it. Now with this being my first Open box item I was expecting it to be sent with care even though it was already used. I took it out and gave it some love by cleaning it up myself and its perfectly fine, no scratches or scuffs of any kind. I guess i expected it to come clean free of anyones prints at least.

    I have had a lot of iPads and I currently have three of them in different places around my house. I think the iPad 11 is great except the battery is a little disappointing. I’m getting nowhere close to the 10 to 12 hours that they advertise. It’s more like 4 1/2 or five hours. This is used mostly for streaming YouTube videos, watching online entertainment, like Netflix, and reading e-books. I have never gotten anything close to the battery life claimed in the Apple advertisements. As a result, I keep chargers all over the house, and I’ve gotten into the habit of charging constantly. I wish Apple would put in a bigger bat or better battery.

    I purchased an iPad Pro 2 years ago as a replacement for my older one. But it was heavier than my older iPad Pro so I kept using my older device. Unfortunately, the last iOS update caused problems with my older iPad Pro and Apple support couldn’t fix it since it “was old technology “. I ended up trading it in for the 2024 iPad Air which is much lighter, even more so than the iPad I traded in. I also got a better deal from Best Buy versus what was offered by the Apple Store. I am very happy with it. The only downside was for some reason, it didn’t pull down all of my apps and settings from my backup in the iCloud.
