    This iPad is a huge step up from the 9th Gen standard iPad. Much faster, lighter, and I like the straight edges, much harder to lose through your fingers. The Apple Pencil is only worth it if you write or draw a lot.

    Wish I'd gotten the 512gb, or even the terabyte; fortunately, I do have 2 months in which I can return it, which I very well may do. Still trying to figure out all the ins and outs of this device. Not all of my data transferred, and much of what did transfer is incomplete - THEN it was all deleted on my phone, so I have lost lots of info (addresses, birthdates, SSNs, etc.) I will be talking to Apple about all that later today, hopefully. Pedro (or is it Pablo? My sales dude) is terrific. He listened to my needs, and directed me to what would best suit them. There was absolutely NO pressure, just good information.

    Absolutely the easiest purchase I have made on online with Best Buy. I was thrilled at how quickly it arrived and how fast I received my trade-in credit. Kudos to Best Buy and many thanks for being the “Best Buy” for my needs.

    It's an excellent device for kids. The iPad Air is a nice upgrade from the Gen 8s. It supports the Apple Pen, Magic Keyboards, and a standardized USB-C charging port.

    I love my iPad! I upgraded from the prior iPad Air (5th generation). The new version isn’t hugely different from the prior generation but I love the new AI features.

    This review is for the purchase of Apple 11-inch ipad air. Item came open- The original packaging was ripped open and Ipad packaging was partially open. Extremely disappointed that Best Buy would deliver an expensive product in such condition. I chatted with two customer service representatives and talked on phone with one representative and no one seemed to take responsibility for it. As it was a late holiday gift for a family member, i decided to keep the Ipad but thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with Best Buy and the whole experience.
