Excellent performance in a sleek, lightweight design
I’ve been really impressed with the 11-inch iPad Air with the M3 chip. It’s incredibly fast and handles everything I use it for—streaming, multitasking, note-taking, and creative apps—without any lag. The display is sharp and vibrant, and the lightweight design makes it easy to carry around all day.
It’s been extremely useful when coaching volleyball, especially for reviewing drills, showing plays, and organizing notes on the spot. Battery life has been solid, easily lasting through a full day of use, and the Space Gray finish looks clean and premium. If you’re looking for a powerful tablet that balances performance and portability, this iPad Air is a great choice.

I recently bought the new iPad with the M3 chip, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The performance is incredibly smooth apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and even heavy tasks like photo editing, video rendering, and running multiple productivity apps feel seamless. The M3 chip definitely brings desktop-level power to a tablet.
The display quality is stunning with vibrant colors and sharp detail, making streaming, reading, and creative work more enjoyable. Battery life is excellent as well. I can easily go through a full day of work and entertainment without needing to recharge.
The build feels premium, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. Overall, this iPad is absolutely worth it-fast, efficient, and future-proof. If you’re upgrading or buying your first iPad, the M3 version is an excellent choice.

I’ve always been curious about the iPad—its sleek design, powerful features, and the way Apple markets it as a device that bridges the gap between a smartphone and a laptop. After months of deliberation, research, and watching countless review videos, I finally decided to make the purchase.
The primary reason I bought the iPad was versatility. I needed a device that could support my creative interests (like writing and drawing), handle everyday productivity tasks, and double as a powerful entertainment hub. I wanted something lighter than a laptop but more capable than a phone—and the iPad seemed like the perfect middle ground.
Another factor that influenced my decision was how seamlessly the iPad integrates with other Apple devices. As someone already in the Apple ecosystem with an iPhone and AirPods, it made sense to invest in a device that could sync across platforms effortlessly.

This version of the the iPad is fast, and user friendly. This was a gift for my grandson to keep in touch with family as well as he loves to draw and learn. Couldn’t be happier with this win.

The speed of this product is staggering, plus the ease of learning the new features. As a retiree, I have the time to use it for all of the research on my new project.

If you’re using the iPad for everyday internet activities (email, browsing, games, etc.), this iPad is perfect. While it doesn’t have all the power of the more expensive models, you’ll still be able to use Photoshop and SketchUp and more advanced apps, but might be limited in speed or larger file storage. The smaller screen size is ideal for travel, yet large enough for watching movies and videos. The M3 chip isn’t screaming fast compared to the more powerful chips, but you probably won’t notice unless you are working with huge files or really pushing it to do video editing. It’s a great replacement for older iPads.

It's a great tablet, big screen, graphics are exceptionally and i love staying with android. I bought an ipad and returned it in 24 hrs - mac software is not worth learning when the current Microsoft android is so good

I bought this tablet because I expect tariffs to increase the price in the next few months. The tablet works perfectly, it's just not up to par with my Android based Samsung.
Litte things like having no arrow key on the app based keyboard make simple Android tasks like editing a word cumbersome. My next tablet will be a Samsung.

I’ve been an iPad user for years, and my last one was starting to slow down. I finally decided to upgrade, and I have to say—the difference is night and day with the M3 chip.
Setup & Transfer
The setup process was super simple. I just placed my old iPad next to the new one, and it transferred everything over almost automatically. All my apps, photos, and settings showed up exactly how I left them, which made the transition painless.
Speed & Performance
The very first thing I noticed was how much faster this iPad is compared to my old one. Apps open instantly, switching between screens is smooth, and even things that used to lag—like streaming or loading bigger files—work effortlessly now.
Screen & Design
The display is beautiful. Compared to my older iPad, the screen is brighter and sharper, and the colors really pop. It’s also lighter and thinner, which makes it easier to hold for long periods of time.
Everyday Use
I mostly use my iPad for reading, browsing the web, playing games for editing videos. I have no issues with doing any of it without the lag I was getting with my old Ipad. I added a magic keyboard for Ipad and it's like having a small laptop. Works great!
Battery Life
The battery life feels stronger than what I was getting before. I can go most of the day without worrying about charging, which is a big improvement over my old model that needed to stay plugged in half the time. I do find that it tends to run hotter than my old one.
Overall Thoughts
If you’re like me and holding onto an older iPad, the upgrade is worth it. My old one was working, but the upgrade of the chip in this one is noticeable. The performance boost alone makes a huge difference, but paired with the nicer screen, lighter feel, and better battery, it feels like a completely new experience. I would definitely recommend it.

The IPad Air M3 has turned out to be a great purchase. It was easy to set up and clearly reflects the high Apple build quality. It has met or exceeded all of my expectations. When I went to the Mission Valley store to purchase the IPad as well as an hp printer, I was so fortunate to be helped by Matthew. He provided truly outstanding customer service. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me through every step of the selection and purchase process. Best Buy will continue to be successful with Matthew and people like him on the team.

This ipad has been amazing for my productivity, and my ability to organize my projects and ideas. The M3 chip has made it so that everything works flawlessly and is not laggy or slow. Definitely a great addition to my workflow and project management!

This Ipad Air with the M3 chip is a major upgrade from my older (3 years) Ipad. It is lightning fast and I am happy it has a USB-C connection. No more lightning connector for the Ipad and my Iphone. It has been trouble free. As information, you will probably need to upgrade to IOS26 with this Ipad Air. All the new Apple devices are going that way. I was waiting to upgrade to IOS26 but I'm glad I did. It is really nice and I've found no issues with it. I believe they got most of the initial kinks out. I love this new Ipad Air!

I was in the market for a tablet to be used primarily for productivity, notetaking, and convenience of accessing work/personal project information on the go, and the iPad Air delivers. As with all Apple products, its easy to use - no real barriers to setup or tricky configuration steps for apps, which is a plus. I also bought Apple Pencil Pro and love the functionality, but ended up finding writing on-screen a bit wonting without the use of an aftermarket screen cover that has more of a natural feel (I went with Paperlike's protector and Pencil tip and am much happier with the Pencil feel on screen).
