I arrived at the display and within seconds the Sales Rep arrived to assist me in selecting the best iPad for me. He was knowledgeable and we reviewed the options. I am very happy with my iPad Air 11. I love the size and weight. It is so fast and easy to use. If you have an iPad and it is running slowly do yourself a favor and get a new iPad. I went to Apple Store and another Apple certified retailer. The Salespeople were OK but, not that knowledgeable or interested in helping me. I’ve read that Best Buy is the best place to buy tech pieces. I am very happy with their service and will purchase from them again.
