Bad experience at Best Buy

I brought membership with the table, i wasbtold they would be there for help and support. Well Best Buy lie, just to get my $1,200 they would fo anything. I went back a few times looking for them to explain some features, but I was told the membership didn't cover it. Bad experience, I'm not happy at all the way I was treated.
