    Quality is great - wonderful picture and so easy to use. Had to buy new one as 3 year old iPad had a screen that started to go bad. Very happy with product - my daughter used it everyday at college.

    I asked Best Buy to price match a IPad Air that was lower priced on Amazon. Within a few minutes the lower price was accepted and I was able to pick it up at my local store. A few days later, Best Buy advertised the price even lower by $50. I used the chat feature and again within a few short minutes there was a $50 credit put back on my charge card. GREAT customer service and support! The new IPad Air is great and has features that I use that my older one didn’t.

    The screen is beautiful, the battery life is excellent. The new capabilities are great and even the apple apps that have been defacto standards from earlier iPad versions have been enhanced with AI (Artificial Intelligence) functionality that gives this version greater capabilities. These capabilities can simplify your regular daily routines and allow exploration into new things via the internet and other apps
