Pros • Powerful M3 chip (much faster CPU & GPU than M1/M2). • Support for ray tracing, mesh shading, and Apple Intelligence (AI). • Works with Apple Pencil Pro and the new Magic Keyboard. • Same starting prices as the previous generation. • Eco-friendly (recycled materials). • Available in 11″ and 13″ sizes. Cons • Same design as before, no visual refresh. • Display is still LCD (no OLED, no 120Hz ProMotion). • 5G models cost more. • Upgrade is mainly about performance, not innovation. Great balance of price and performance, perfect for those who want power and AI features without paying iPad Pro prices — but the design and display remain unchanged.

Great product. It is compact but not too small. Does exactly what I need it to do. Bought for flight school. It is compact to take on flights but powerful enough for everyday use.

The crew assisting me was amazing. I just needed a replacement for original iPad Pro. The crew looked at my needs and helped me. The iPad is lighter and faster than my original IPAd pro. The battery last over 14 hours.

Best tablet I’ve ever owned. I’ve started using it more than my phone for watching stuff and playing games. And the m3 in it gives it so much power and will get software updates for years. I definitely plan on keeping it til it dies

I’m honestly so excited about my new iPad—I can’t stop thinking about it. There’s just something about opening the box, feeling how sleek and smooth it is, and powering it on for the first time that makes me feel like a kid on Christmas morning. The display is insanely crisp, and everything feels so fast and responsive—it’s like I’m holding the future in my hands. I’ve already started customizing it with my favorite apps, and I can’t wait to dive into everything it can do—whether that’s sketching with the Apple Pencil, streaming movies in gorgeous resolution, or even just browsing in style. It’s more than just a device—it’s like a whole new way for me to create, relax, and get things done. Honestly, I didn’t realize just how much I was going to love this thing.

Got this for when I travel for work so I can stream and browse the web. Excellent for what I need very compact making it easy to travel with. Biggest drawback for me is not having Face ID and having to constantly use my finger to unlock but not enough annoyance to spend up for the pro version.

Best in the world and I like the iPad Air 11-inch because it strikes the perfect balance between power and portability — the screen is big enough for multitasking, drawing, or watching movies, but it’s still light and slim enough to carry around easily without feeling bulky.

    Ipad Air M3 review

The iPad Air (M3) is one of Apple’s most balanced and powerful tablets, delivering excellent performance in a slim, lightweight design. Powered by the M3 chip with an 8-core CPU, 9-core GPU, and enhanced Neural Engine, it handles everything from video editing and graphic design to multitasking with impressive speed and efficiency. The updated media engine enables smooth 4K and 8K video workflows, making it a strong choice for creators without needing to step up to the iPad Pro. The 11-inch and 13-inch Liquid Retina displays are sharp and vibrant, maintaining Apple’s signature quality. The chassis remains thin and premium-feeling at 6.1 mm (13″) and continues supporting accessories like the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro, making it a versatile productivity device. However, the upgrade from its predecessor is incremental. The design, 60Hz refresh rate, and external features remain unchanged from the previous model. Users upgrading from the M2 Air may not notice major differences in everyday tasks. It can also run warm under heavy workloads, and the cost of accessories adds significantly to the total price. For students, professionals, and creators who want long-term performance, strong app support, and a reliable work-and-play tablet, the iPad Air (M3) is an excellent choice. For casual users or those already using the M2 Air, the improvements may not justify upgrading. Overall, the iPad Air (M3) provides outstanding power, portability, and value—especially for users who will take advantage of its performance capabilities.

No regrets on this purchase. On days when I don’t need to be writing intensively, I love taking my iPad to school instead for notes and readings. The iPad 11in is a perfect size and much lighter weight.
