Love my iPad .. Best Buy needs to improve the purchase experience when you are trading in another product this. Was quite a negative experience conveying to the staff what I wanted to do. Having been in sales and cs service I tried to explain 25 things that would make the experience better. I do quite a bit of shopping there.

Great pad for my son. Ready to use , transferred all his apps. Much faster then his 5th gen. Got it on sale saved some money, but worth the full price. Get a case.

Great product great service only downfall was didnt have particular color we were wanting but not a big deal.

Great mid range iPad. Only complaints are it could have the newer gen M4 processor and/or an OLED screen for the price. That said the LED screen is pretty nice despite not being OLED. Sound quality is pretty good. Build quality feels great and I like the flat sides. Battery life doesn't seem quite as good as my Gen 9 iPad was when it was new.

Very pleased with the 11’ IPad and the keyboard. I have been missing a combo I formerly had and am pleased to have a more transportable and easily accessible system. This meets all my expectations.

What i love about it is how thin and sleeknes of it and also my ipad was a open item and it was just like new but at a great price so don’t be scared of open items from best buy

My 9 years all had same model for 4 years without any problem, for Christmas I decided bought her this one and she loved it, easy to set up and transfer all her games from the older one

Love the product, nothing can wrong with the iPad. Only thing I would say was slightly off was its 60 hex but hey, I can be wrong as well.

Cant tell the difference between the last model if you rocking the m2 stick with it you really cant tell the differences between the m2 and m3 love the color tho

This device is very intuitive in set up and transferring data from my old I Pad Air. The function is great.

I’ve had an iPad Pro from 2017 and it lasted so long and to upgrade to this iPad Air it’s extremely fast, its battery life is great. I find that I have more than enough space even as an artist storing a bunch of work.

Great product and easy to take with us on trips. Love it
