    The product itself was fine, but came in return.com box. I bought it on the Black Friday special. It wasn't supposed to be used, refurbished, or recertified. It should've been new. I'm not happy about that, but it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have time to find out what the deal was.

    not bad, it is pricey but it’s nice. the one thing that throws me off is when you touch it sometimes it doesn’t work and you actually have the press instead of lightly doing it.
