    Love my iPad .. Best Buy needs to improve the purchase experience when you are trading in another product this. Was quite a negative experience conveying to the staff what I wanted to do. Having been in sales and cs service I tried to explain 25 things that would make the experience better. I do quite a bit of shopping there.

    amazingMy experience at Best Buy was excellent. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. I used curbside pickup for my order, and it was ready in minutes.
