    I can’t transfer my iPad Pro 9.7” to my new iPad because it can no longer be updated so my new one won’t recognize it. I have to make geek squad appt. So a little disappointed.

    Would definitely purchase again and again from best buy! It came so quickly and in perfect condition. I bought it as a gift so really needed this to go well. Best Buy did not let me down. I am looking to upgrade my personal iPad soon so I know where I'll be going!
